Full-Time Digital Marketing Support

• General PR admin and support throughout campaigns.
• Fulfil sample requests for the press and bloggers.
• Source packaging & quotes for print.
• General Digital Marketing admin.
• Update and maintain website navigation.
• Upload homepage graphics including setting up promotions and competitions.
• Merchandising products within each category to reflect sales, fashion and seasonality.
• Creative copywriting for various sources including website, email, blog, affiliate posts and social media.
• Produce descriptions for all products in a short and long format, taking into account SEO requirements.
• Company social network posting and monitoring.
• Produce management reports to monitor performance of all areas of Digital Marketing.

Skills Required:

• High standard of written English.
• Good organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to building team spirit.
• Effective communication skills.

Qualifications Required:

• A good standard of Maths and English skills, ideally with GCSE C or above in both subjects.
• Can use Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and how this affects day to day duties.
